OUR STORY

An ancient practice with a modern, urban flavour

Green Square Yoga's mission is to provide a safe space, to allow you, the practitioner to use movement, motion and mindfulness as an exploration of self discovery and transformation. Using the ancient tools of Yoga as a vehicle to embrace the road that return's home to the self.

Green Square Yoga is located in the heart of urban living, just a seven minute walk from Green Square Station. We believe Yoga is for everyone. We welcome everyone to our classes no matter what age, race, religion, nation of origin, sexual identity, sexual orientation, or past or current experience of yoga.

Green Square Yoga acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres straight islander people, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, as the traditional custodians of this land we are in and the studio space we are grateful to share the ancient practice of Yoga.

Offering a number of different classes throughout the week, Green Square Yoga allow's a space that welcome's you to meet yourself exactly where you are at each day. Classes are suitable for everyone, with plenty of options made available, practitioners are encouraged to modify  the practice to suit each individual. Green Square Yoga aims to provide you with the tools and knowledge available to be able to invite Yoga into each day, as a way of life, both on and off the mat.
